Nationally sought out for its prime fishing waters, Lake Texoma attracts fishermen casting for Striper, Sand Bass, Blue & Channel Catfish, Crappie, Black Bass, along with many other species. The salinity of the water provides conditions that encourage the Stripers to spawn abundantly, deeming Texoma the “Striper Capital of the World”.
If you’re looking for one of the best ways to catch Striper or Catfish on Lake Texoma, we recommend booking a professional guide. These guides are out on the water every day and know where the fish are biting which changes day to day. Lighthouse Resort & Marina staff would be happy to help you find a guide who is knowledgeable about where the fish are and the best bait to use to help you have a successful fishing trip.
