Cancellation Policy

  • Our cancellation policy for private charters requires 14 days advance notice to cancel your charter without penalty. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to departure are subject to forfeiture of total payment.
  • Cruises depart rain or shine. Should the captain, at their sole discretion, choose to cancel the cruise due to adverse weather (such as high winds, and lightning) you will be issued a full refund for the cruise, less any expenses that occurred.

  • Where do we go: All cruises depart from Lighthouse Resort & Marina – Charter Dock 300 Lighthouse Drive Pottsboro TX, 75076 **unless specified elsewhere.
  • Can we BYOB: All cruises are BYOB for adult beverages.
  • Can I bring my dog: Leashed Pets are allowed on the Water Taxi and Lake Day Experiences only.
  • Does my child need a life jacket: Kids 12 and under are required to wear a life jacket on swimming cruises and smaller vessels such as the Water Taxi.
  • Can I drive the boat myself: We do not offer any bareboat charters.
  • Can I stay overnight on the boat: We do not do overnight cruises. All vessels have a return time to dock at 11p.
  • What do I wear on a Dinner Cruise: It’s casual to semi-casual. Most people wear sundresses, country club attire, or yachting attire. Most importantly dress for the weather.
