Lighthouse Resort

Paradise on Lake Texoma

When Texting or Calling:

  1. Tell us which location your staying (for example: Lighthouse Cabin 12 or Paradise Site 23)
  2. Provide as much information as possible
  3. If it’s an accounting or billing question, the person calling should be the person who’s name the reservation is in.
  4. Typically texting is better than calling. It gets to more people instantly.

Our afterhours line can assist with most issues. While we address most issues asap, some requests may not be able to be resolved until the following business day. Should you need anything at all during your stay, call our team and we’ll do our best to help you!

Our check out process is pretty simple! Please take the following steps:

  • Check Out time is 11am (unless you have Stay-N-Play)
  • Clean any dishes, pots/pans, utensils
  • Pickup any trash (inside and out) and cleanup any major messes
  • Turn the A/C to 76 (Heat to 64 in winter)
  • Notify office of any issues or broken/missing items (via phone or text)
  • Leave the Keys on the Table and lock the door
  • Take the trash to the dumpster on your way out

If the above steps are not followed, or the cabin is dirty beyond normal use, an excessive cleaning fee of $250 may be applied.

For all of our properties, we have a few main rules that really just go along with Common Sense and Courtesy. We ask that you:

  • Obey staff members, signs, and pay attention.
  • Respect your neighbors. Quite hours are from 11p-7a.
  • Leashed pets welcome except in non-pet friendly cabins.
  • Please don’t litter. We love our lake and our properties. Help us create a clean atmosphere for everyone.
  • Day Use, Camping, Fishing, and Vehicles in designated areas only.
  • No open fires, firearms, or fireworks are permitted. Observe burn bans.
