Our check-in process is now fully autonomous. You can check in while practicing Social Distancing, skip the office, and go directly to your cabin or rv site. Here’s how:

  • Up to Three (3) Days prior to your arrival, visit https://mytexomavacation.com. You’ll need to have your confirmation number if you made your reservation over the phone, or your account information if you reserved online. Login to your account following the steps.
  • Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your Upcoming Reservation, click on Check-In and follow the steps to complete payment.
  • Once payment is completed, you can digitally sign your contract.
  • When you arrive, text us at 903.414.6050 and we’ll provide information on getting to your cabin or rv site. Please let us know when you arrive!, It really helps our team!
  • Check-in time is 3pm and will be strictly enforced.

A minor update for today… we are relaxing our Cancellation Policy. For existing reservations from now until April 30, 2020 if you chose the ‘Pay at Check-In’ rate, you will not be charged for a cancellation. If you chose the “Pay Now and Save” rate, and your request to cancel, we will issue a voucher for a future stay at your request.

All Texoma Destinations Companies remain open. Safety is our utmost priority, so we want to assure you that facilities are being properly cleaned and we are using that same ‘abundance of caution’ you keep hearing about. Our retail stores, boat rentals, day use areas, docks, campsites, accommodations, and other amenities are available for those seeking quiet time in nature. This is a wonderful opportunity for you and your close ones to capture some special moments together.

Some public cruises from Fastrac Charters have been modified in accordance with public health recommendations and extra precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of our guests. We offer several private charter options for families who do not wish to join others. Ask us about those options!

IMPORTANT: To reduce check-in times and congestion, you may pay remaining balances and sign your contract online through your account at MyTexomaVacation.com and enjoy the convenience of going straight to your rv/campsite, cabin, or kasita. If checking in to a cabin, please call the office directly at 903.361.8500 to receive additional check-in instructions. Also, make sure you are signed up for a texting service to receive important updates, instructions, and access to support. (Text ‘YES’ to 903-414-6050)

If you prefer, you may also call our main office to pay your balance during normal business hours but you will still need to complete your contract prior to checking in. Check in time will be strictly after 3pm.

As our policies are favorable and we provide great options for our guests, we are currently operating with our Standard Operating Procedure regarding cancellations. All ‘Pay-At-Check-In’ Reservations have a two-week cancellation. If you choose to cancel within those 14 days closest to your reservation, you will be charged a fee equivalent to your first night’s stay and may be eligible for a voucher. If you chose the “Pay-Now-And-Save” rate, no refunds will be issues or changes may be made to your reservation.
